What is normal to you?
Is your normal based on who society thinks you should be? Is it based on your perception of what others think about you? Is it based on what your parents want for you? Or what your friends think you should do with your life?

We live in an opportune time where you have the ability to be, do and have the life you choose. The cool thing is, everyone has this ability to make it happen but we are held back by our own limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, ego and self doubt. I’ve been there, done that and its not the greatest feeling in the world. It still creeps in from time to time (more often than you may think) but I’ve learnt how to deal with it and move out of the negative emotions and move forward.
I value life way too much to let the negative win!
My own beliefs about what I am capable of, what value I can bring to people, how I can positively influence peoples lives, how I can create wealth & freedom, and how I can live with purpose WAS totally warped and it was time for change. As humans we are great at focusing our energy on the negative and what we are NOT capable of, as opposed to what we can do.
It is “normal” to think that life is hard, making money is hard, being healthy is hard, having your dream body is hard, finding the perfect man or woman is hard, but WHAT IF YOU FLIPPED IT ON ITS HEAD?
What I’m about to tell you changed my life completely and my goal is to influence you to change your life to work in your favor.
Most people live their lives doing 80% work or action, and 20% (or less) mindset. This means stress, struggle and frustration.
What if you decided to completely flip it? 80% Mindset and 20% Action?
Everything you have or don’t have in your life is first created in your mind so why not create the results you want? Oh that’s right limiting beliefs, self sabotage, ego and self-doubt. They all play a part in the results you don’t want.
If you don't address your limiting beliefs, you will attract them!
I urge you to look at the areas of your life that you want to change and then get to work on the mindset and do it daily. What do you really want from life? Anything is possible when you decide, commit and get to work with aligned action!
